Meet Megan! As the Nextsteps Coordinator for Jaclyn Smith Properties, Megan is an expert with helping buyers and their agents successfully arrive at the closing table. One of her biggest responsibilities includes managing the timeline of contract to the closing. That means she possesses a remarkable attention to detail. She's passionate about her work—guiding buyers and their agents through the closing process, answering questions, and being a resource to all parties involved in the transaction.

She first joined the JSP Team in April of 2017, after some encouragement from her good friend Jaclyn! Before realizing her passion for real estate, Megan worked in the insurance industry which has proven a valuable asset in helping JSP clients successfully complete their transactions. Megan is an integral part of the JSP team, and has helped play a large role in shaping the company's culture and its success.

Her favorite part of her job? Meeting so many wonderful people and helping them along the journey of buying their home!

When she's not busy assisting her team and helping her clients, Megan enjoys doing Crossfit, baking and cooking, and spending time with her family.
