Meet Mark Pahlmann

Must-have home features:  an in-ground pool or outdoor kitchen and fireplace

Mark was born in Montgomery County, Illinois and moved to North Carolina in 1988 when his stepfather was stationed at Camp Lejeune. He moved to the Johnston/Wake County area in 1999 and has called this his home ever since.

Mark has had many job requirements throughout his career that include customer service, negotiating contracts and managing long term projects. Since starting his real estate career six years ago, his favorite part of his job is helping buyers and sellers during major milestones. “It is important to choose a real estate agent that you can trust”, says Mark, “one that is hardworking and committed.”

Mark currently lives in Clayton with his spouse and enjoys traveling, listening to music, running, and spending time at the beach.

Mark Pahlmann

I’m so grateful Mark and I worked together for this move. He’s prompt, organized, clear, and always pleasant, whether it’s looking at homes or answering questions. He was made for this job. Every referral, exchange, you name it, he was a delight and worth every penny working with buyers, sellers, builders, lenders, and attorneys. Im not sure he’s human; he’s too good to be true. Mark phenomenally has the patience of a saint. Let’s face it, moving can be stressful (some might say a nightmare) and he made the transition a dream. For anyone looking to buy or sell or who’s had a rough go with realtors previously, I urge you to work with this man. No regrets.
